Liz - thanks for sharing these thoughts. I've chosen several times to leave places I've outgrown -- usually when it became unbearable! The title drew me in because right now I feel I'm "shrinking" to fit -- but the situation is not unbearable. I'm in a good place professionally, but I'm losing interest and getting bored.
